Description: Made with cooked pork and chicken, properly shredded, bread, sandwiching the sausage with pork fat. Ingredients: Pork (45%), chicken (25%), water in the form of syrup, wheat bread (type 65 wheat flour, water, yeast and salt), garlic, salt, paprika, acidity corrector (E -262 and E-331), spices and beef tripe. May contain traces of bones. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store between 0ºC and 5ºC.
