Our Salpicão, cured for 5 months, consists exclusively of pieces of Loin. It is a wood-cured sausage and must be consumed raw.
Description: Salpicão of Bísaro Pork is a sausage made from Bísaro breed pork.
Ingredients: Bísaro Pork (93%), salt, sugars (glucose syrup, dextrose and sugar), dextrin, emulsifiers (E-450 and E-451), antioxidants (E-301), paprika, garlic and preservatives ( E-250 and E-252)

Store in a cool and dry place
