Instructions:  

If you have a fireplace: Place the grill to be heated (the heat should not be too intense). Then place the  Alheira de Porco Bísaro on the grill (if the sausage is packed, you must remove it from the packaging 1 hour before).
With a toothpick make small holes, so that the inside fat can fall. Turn the sausage over and let it cook slowly until it is toasted.
If you do not have a fireplace, you can do the similar process on an electric grill or in the oven.
